I ordered this from kenzo.com, and to me the product photos made the colors look a lot sharper and more vibrant than what I actually got. Maybe it’s partly my screen or the lighting, so I can’t say for sure, but in person the fabric and color just didn’t match what I was expecting. The fit was fine and the item itself is okay, just not quite what I thought I was paying for. For the price, I wish the pictures felt a bit more accurate.

I placed my order and, the emails started coming through fast. I wasn’t left wondering what was going on, which I always appreciate. The whole thing felt easy, no stress, and I could just keep an eye on the updates as they came in...

"Good support"
Had a problem with my order, so I messaged kenzo support. They got back fast and fixed it without a ton of hassle. Took a day longer than I wanted. Still, good service

"Refund came through faster than I thought"
I had to return something I ordered from kenzo.com and felt a bit pressured about getting it sent back quickly, since I wasn’t sure how long the whole refund thing would take. The updates weren’t the fastest, which made me a little nervous, but once they received the parcel, the money was back in my account sooner than I expected. Not a perfect process, but it was hassle-free in the end.

"Not really sold on the points thing"
I was expecting the loyalty points to show up sooner, but they just kind of took forever. I reached out to support and didn’t really get much help, so the whole thing felt a bit pointless honestly. Maybe there’s something I missed, but from my side it didn’t feel worth the hassle.

"Exchange took a while"
I did end up getting it exchanged, so it worked out in the end, but it was slower than I expected. I think I started the process sometime around late last week, or maybe the week before, and it just felt like it dragged on a bit. Not a huge issue, but definitely not the quickest exchange experience.

"Promo Code Magically Vanished at Checkout"
The discount code showed up as valid at first, so naturally I thought I was getting the deal they were advertising. But then, right at checkout, it just disappeared. Super convenient. When I contacted customer support, they basically told me the item was excluded, even though that wasn’t made clear anywhere I could actually see. So yeah, I spent time shopping for no reason and ended up not buying anything.

i ordered from kenzo.com and everything went smoothly. the delivery came exactly when they said it would, and i got tracking updates along the way. the package arrived safely too, so no complaints from me. happy with the whole experience

"Box arrived badly damaged"
The box showed up beaten up, which was really frustrating. Thankfully, the item inside seems to be okay, but the packaging was in bad enough shape that I felt this needed to be raised. I’ll be escalating this with customer service because this isn’t how an order should arrive

i do like some of kenzo’s stuff, but almost every time I check the site, my size is already gone. It gets frustrating when the only options left are either really tiny or way too big. The site itself looks fine, but the lack of size availability makes it kind of pointless for me to shop there.

"Designs don’t feel as unique lately"
I went on KENZO hoping to find pieces that felt a little different, but a lot of the designs looked similar to each other. Some of the prints are still nice, but they didn’t feel as bold or fresh as I was expecting from Kenzo.
For the price, I think a lot of customers would probably expect more originality and pieces that really stand out. The site itself is easy enough to browse, but the clothes felt a bit too safe to me compared to what the brand used to represent.

"Checkout was easy"
I bought a belt and the whole checkout part was simple enough. Paid with my card and it went through on the first try, which was nice. Got the confirmation email almost right away. So yeah.

"Still a fan of Kenzo"
I’ve always had a soft spot for Kenzo, honestly. Their stuff feels a little different without being too much, so I can actually wear it day to day. The quality has been Really good in my experience, and the website is easy to look through too. It’s definitely not the cheapest brand out there, but when I want something that feels a bit Special, Kenzo usually feels worth it.

I’ve always liked some of Kenzo’s stuff, and ordering from the site was straightforward. I only grabbed a couple things, so maybe it depends on what you buy, but the prices felt a bit much for what showed up.
The quality isn’t bad or anything, just not really what I was expecting for that kind of money. I’d maybe consider it again if there was a decent sale, but probably not at full price.

"Nice, but runs a little small"
Overall, I thought it was a nice item and the quality seemed fine. To be fair, sizing can vary from brand to brand, but this fit smaller than I expected. I ended up returning it and ordering one size up, which worked better for me.

"Seems like the real site to me"
I ordered a hoodie after looking over the site carefully, especially the checkout page and little details like the logo, contact info, and payment options. Everything seemed legit, and I felt okay placing the order. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but the hoodie showed up in good condition, so overall it was a fine experience.
